Treatment Philosophy

Christy utilizes a client-centered and strength-based approach. She believes that recovery is not a “one-size-fits-all” process, but a collaborative journey. By focusing on an individual’s existing strengths rather than just their challenges, she empowers clients to take ownership of their healing.

As the SUD Program Manager, she ensures that every recovery plan at Oasis is built on the values of empathy and empowerment. Her goal is to bridge the gap between clinical treatment and real-world transformation, ensuring that wellness is both achievable and sustainable for every person who walks through our doors.
