what clients say
Good rating Based on 69 reviews Can't get refill in a timely matter. 2 weeks and more is not timely matter. No one ever take phone call. Just message and more. Debbie Carey my girlfriend was a patient here and her provided psychiatrist was extremely lazy at retaining the information she explicitly told her and seemed like she didn’t have a care in the world about her. She tried putting her back on medications that she had specifically told her didn’t work for her and one that even made her became dizzy which is really ignorant and negligent. She also had problems sending medications to the right pharmacy that my girlfriend told her to send it to on multiple occasions. They also sent her an invoice when she is double covered by her insurance. Just an overall lazy and unprofessional experience from here. Max R I am writing this on behalf of my friend. I want to kindly and with the utmost respect file a complaint. My friend has been going to see a provider with at this clinic twice in the past month (every 2 weeks). She kindly asked me if I could provide emotional support and go in with her at her last therapy appointment. Her provider started the session by going through a questionnaire (I assumed) and immediately asked her about her past trauma without building rapport and making her feel safe. Then, he proceeded to give a lot of information about trauma without giving space for my friend to share her experiences. It felt more like a lecture. When my friend expressed that she doesn't remember a lot of her childhood memories, her provider began to stress the idea that medication will help her unlock all of those repressed emotions. And although my friend and I agree that she does need to unlock those memories, it was unprofessional and inappropriate to stress that my friend needed medicine to remember all of her memories when that can be highly dangerous and place my friend in a really unsafe position where her body and mind will not know how to manage past traumatic experiences that her brain suppressed as a way to survive and keep her safe. Her provider made it seem like my friend was wasting his time by not opening up and not remembering her childhood. It almost seemed like he was blaming her. And although I understand that as clients, it is our responsibility to respect mental health providers' time and practice, it was highly inappropriate for him to suggest that she is wasting his time and blaming her when my friend only saw him two times. Her provider also cut the session short, not respecting the time that my friend was paying for, and she was struggling to be able to afford these services even though she had insurance. My friend left the session feeling discouraged and not wanting to come back anymore, and I couldn't agree with her more. sofia gonzalez Good place. Get my son in fast. I figured out if I call to reschedule his appt, need to dial 3. Just in case people don’t know and think they never pick up phone call:) However, the doctor missed the appointment, so it needed to be rescheduled. We have already paid the bill, but we received an email stating that there is still a balance due….. Jason This place and the people here are absolutely amazing. I needed help with my extremely aggressive autistic child and noone anywhere was taking on new patients. I just walked in and was seen and helped within 30 minutes. They have helped my family so much and I'm so grateful this clinic is here and cares so much for mental health. Thanks again!! krista yoder Best Mental Health Doctor you could fine David Oni has help my life change so much for the better he listens to what you have to say and truly does his best hope pate Excellent care from Dr. Oni and his team Rachel Moore Honestly, this is the best psychiatric clinic in the Tri-Cities. They really care about their patients and try to get you in pretty fast, usually within a week or two. I’ve seen some complaints about phone calls, but every time I’m there the front desk phones are nonstop. They’re always busy and still trying to help everyone. There are also options to press 2 or 3 on the phone system to get to someone quicker, which helps. They also do a lot for people in need, they accept food and clothing donations for patients, which says a lot about how much they care. And if someone is in crisis, they’ll see walk-ins too. Overall, super caring staff and a supportive place to get care. I definitely recommend them. Greek Atz It's really hard to get approval on refills for medications. I always call the pharmacy to re order for my client, and they send the request to the doctor, and she is so slow about getting back to the pharmacist with an approval. I always have to call her, and they receptionist rarely answers the phone, so i leave a message, and the next day, when I call the pharmacist, the doctor still had not sent for the refill, so u need to call the office again. I have worked for my client for 8 months now, and I have run into this problem 4 times now. Kim Smith I am a current patient at this care facility..I have had much support from my care giver, she is very helpful and attentive to my ADHD and my personal life..the problem is what I have had with the services of this place..it is the is the lack of communication that really frustrates me and its not just over the phone stuff either...for one I have called the facility multiple times without a awnser or if they do they dont relay to my caregiver that i called the place and asked to talk to them...I've had a rude experience with one of the gentlemen up at the front desk over poor in person communication..he made me feel belittled for not paying enough on my CO-PAY to keep the lights on and pay thier bills in the facility...which was completely uncalled for.. it just really frustrates me when there is zero help from the place themsleves and not the caregiver who I can see do really care about thier patients...but having no communication and being told my care giver will call back and never get a call at all multiple times over and over again is really frustrating...again its just the poor communication from the facility that really makes me almost dread every month for my next appointment or to request for my perscritpion refill... the support from my caregiver themselves has really helped me...its just the facility Oasis and the representavtive in the building are not professional at all for a mental health faciltiy..they need to reconsider talking to who they are employing in a facilty like that ..again the company Oasis themsleves are not taking action towards certain employee behaviors at the facility..and to clarify my caregiver has been very helpful with my problems...thats been my experience hope this helps someone else looking into getting mental health help from this care facility ..😁 Jordon Martin
